"Super pleased with the help I got from Danielle"
I’m really pleased with the assistance I got from Danielle Ford. Even though she’s a sales executive, she took the time to walk me through a bunch of product features that made me see this was the right choice for wrapping up my doctoral dissertation research. Thanks a ton - it was a 5-star experience!

"Awesome support from SmartSurvey"
Awesome support from SmartSurvey! We just got ourselves a business license and couldn't be more pleased with what we received. The company rep was super easy to deal with, and they were incredibly helpful and quick in moving our trial licenses and ensuring we had smooth access to the surveys we had already set up.

"Awesome support!"
Awesome support! I teamed up with Sam from Smart Survey to gather 100 survey responses. A couple of them were a bit questionable, but Sam swiftly stepped in and provided us with some additional responses to ensure the survey's accuracy. The whole process was super straightforward, hassle-free, and Sam was fantastic in guiding us through everything. The pricing is quite fair for this type of work, so I highly suggest this platform for getting a survey completed in under 24 hours, with 100 responses (or even more)! I’ll definitely be using this service again down the line.

"User-friendly and top-notch customer service"
The governors at our primary school utilized SmartSurvey's Professional plan to create and conduct a staff wellbeing survey. We got a little discount since we're a non-profit organization.
The survey functioned smoothly, and the fantastic support team based in the UK was quick to fix an issue that we caused ourselves. I would highly recommend this service.

"User-Friendly and Straightforward"
It's super easy to navigate, even if you're just starting out. The interface is so intuitive that I was able to whip up some professional-looking surveys in no time, despite never having touched survey software before, even with the free version. The graphical summary of the results is pretty neat too.
You do have to move up to a paid plan to access all the analysis and filtering features, but honestly, that seems reasonable.

"My Initial Experience!"
I was looking for some anonymous feedback that could be gathered and sent out via email before a meeting. Smart Survey truly came through. I dove right in, found it super user-friendly, and the report turned out to be quite impressive (even for my simple survey). I've only conducted one survey up to now, but just from a brief glance at what it can do, I can tell there's a lot of room for trying out various types of surveys tailored to different users. I'm excited to explore more!

"Awesome Survey Tool!"
Even though I'm not great with tech, I think SmartSurvey is super user-friendly. Crafting surveys is a breeze and they come out looking quite polished. The cost is quite fair for the value you receive. Their support crew is really supportive and gets back to me in no time. I have no plans to switch to another online survey service and would totally suggest it to anyone looking to collect information.

"Great software for gathering student feedback effortlessly"
The experience using this tool is top-notch - setting up a form was a breeze, and I could easily preview, test, and pull the results. All the form fields I needed were there, and the interface made it simple to design the forms I was after. The support team was fantastic as well - they have a solid FAQ, but if I had any questions, they usually got back to me the same day, often within just a few hours.

This service offers great bang for your buck. Unlike other options, the monthly contract allowed me to pay only for the time I needed to gather my survey. There’s a bunch of templates to pick from, which is handy for professional use. Plus, you can customize things to fit your specific requirements.

"An awesome survey tool with fantastic features, especially for students."
I’m super pleased I picked Smart Surveys for my dissertation questionnaire. It’s really easy to use and has some great features that saved me a ton of time since it offers analysis, charts, and tables for convenience. I definitely suggest this for others to try out and have already told my friends at the university about it.

We picked SmartSurvey since we were looking for a solution that keeps data within the UK and boasts top-notch security credentials. SmartSurvey holds ISO27001 and Cyber Security Essentials Plus.
The platform is loaded with features and is user-friendly. We're happy with it and have already suggested it to other government departments.
